OUTLOOK EXPRESS SPAM

Suddenly OE has been putting [SPAM] exactly like that, in front of some received messages from sites I regularly use.
Sometimes it puts them straight in the Deleted file immediately, sometimes it doesn't.

There are two "buttons" on the left hand top bar one is ""This is spam" and the other is greyed out "this is NOT spam"
So I cannot use the NOT button to correct those which it has marked Spam.

Who is marking the messages "Spam", is it OE or my ISP.

I have not altered any Message Rules, and none of them refer to Spam being in the title line.

Its your ISP

There are no spam buttons inherent in OE - so they will have been placed there by a spam blocking program you may be using - could well be your ISP.

Just found antispam had been turned on by Panda when I deliberately turned it off.
Must jkeep an eye on it, don't know what makes it trigger for some and not others

Thank you all for your advice.
