Outlook Express problem

  alB 21:14 31 Aug 2006

A friend is having problems with Outlook Express, She uses Freeserve as her ISP on dial up, it looks as if someone has sent her a large e-mail that times out before it is delivered this is also stopping her receiving all other e-mails, is there any way she can clear out the the undelivered e-mails and free everything up?
Thanks in advance ...alB

She needs to access her e-mail using webmail and delete the offending item.

Do Freeserve have a web mail service where she can view this e-mail?

STREETWORK, correct, she did tell me it was now Orange, (old habits die hard), VoG™ , Jackcoms I've had a quick look on the Orange homepage and it looks as though they do have web mail I'll have to phone her and tell her to log in and delete all from there, (no point e-mailing !!) will let you know the outcome later, Thanks ...alB

She might also want to switch to Broadband to stop this problem re-occurring. ;-))

Jackcoms, if she comnnects only infrequently to get email thenchanging to BB is an expensive solution to a problem that using webmail can solve.
