Outlook Express: Not sending

During the last month OE does not send emails to people, even though it says it has in the sent items folder. I havn't changed anything and I still can use my ISP (Tiscali) to send and receive emails.

Anyone have any ideas as to what has gone wrong with OE?

Go into OE > tools > accounts > properties > servers and check that none of the settings have changed I am with NTL and the outgoing reads pop.ntlworld.com and incoming reads smtp.ntlworld.com I don't know what tiscali will be I am assuming that it is something similar.

What happens if you try sending one to yourself?
