I run two computer suites that have 25 computers. Some of my regulars always sit at the same workstation. On the odd occassion they cannot use the usual workstation. When they open up Outlook Express to read their emails not all their emails are their. They have to wait for the workstation they normally sit at to be free to gain access to their full email account.
My question is this: is this a local network problem (W2K) or is it our ISP?
