When I get e-mails from companies there is a little strip at the top enabling a switch of the message to my browser.

How do I do that for messages without that strip, tried Export but that doesn't give option to browser.

If you mean bring the message up large - double click the closed email

I know that I can get it enlarged that way, I want to move it into Firefox as I can when I receive a message from say"Homebase" or other company, says on top line "if you want to view this message in your browser click here" which shifts it over, but I want to do it with all messages.

You can`t do that. Where this message appears in an e-mail it is because the sender has uploaded it in HTML format to it`s web server - you actually link to their website. This isn`t possible for text only messages as far as I know.

Typically the e-mails you mention are sent as HTML and can be viewed as such if your e-mail client is set to display in HTML and not Text only.
