Outlook Express. message, performed illegal operat

When I try to access Outlook Express. I am confronted with the message.
Msimm. This program has performed an illegal operation etc.
When I click the ‘Details’ button, I get the message. ‘Invalid page fault in module inetcomm.dll.

How do I resolve this problem?

This may help as the majority of crashes and failed start-ups in Outlook Express are caused by corrupted dbx files.

Try, open OE, then click File, Folder and click Compact All. Close OE, then reopen it to check that it now works.
