outlook express font for printing

  naggis 12:27 26 Sep 2006

When I print an email, the print is very small. I understand that any change to the font should be made in Internet Explorer. I have made all the suggested changes there - made the font the smallest and rebooted before changing back to medium and rebooting again. I have tried larger and largest. But the print always stays very small.
Can anyone offer a solution or has Uncle Bill done for me?

Have you also checked OE's Tools>Options>Read tab>Fonts?

Hi Stuartli. Yes I have tried that avenue - again with no success.

Try some of the Repair options at:

The way I do it, when I wish a larger font, is to open the e-mail message, press ctrl+A, then open notepad, then paste.

From notepad you can choose the desired font and size. Print from there.

Sorry, I missed a stage out:

After pressing ctrl+A, you press ctrl+C, then open notepad and paste.

Thanks Stuartli. Reregistering seems to have done the trick.
But why do microsoft make it so difficult - there is no answer to that.
