This is on behalf of a silver surfer he can send emails but cannot receive and gets the ERROR 0x8000ccc92. How to rectify this will please him no end.

The settings appear to be ok when I spoke to him on the phone can they somehow alter without any interfierence from him.
He seems to think that the problem might have occured after Virgin engineers sorted a connection fault on his broadband but he wasn't sure.
He says he also gets 0x800ccc90 as well as 0x800ccc92.

With respect to Sea Urchin if mail is being sent OK but mail is not received this is the POP setting.
