Outlook Express error

  Curio 14:42 01 Jun 2007

I seem to have two messages caught in a loop. Every time I check my emails, these two messages appear. I delete and remove them each time. Checking incoming mail gives me a Window that reads - A time out has occurred while communicating with the Server POP3.blueyonder.co.uk. Protocol. Pop3. Port 110 Secure (SSL). No Error No Ox800CCC19. Another Window appears telling me OE is downloading 32 messages but only repeats these first two. Yet another Window tells me - Your pop3 server has not responded in 60 seconds. Would you like to wait a further 60 secondsfor Server to respond?
Account: pop3.blueyonder.co.uk.
Server: pop3.blueyonder.co.uk.
Help requested in solving this problem. TIA

Thanks for that. Checked the Site last night and everything was OK Email wise. Had the error again logging on this morning, did not re-check. Will do nothing and await VirginMedia's repair.

mymate. Thanks for info. Do not use Norton.

Email finally sorted out. Corrupt message on Server caused the problem. First class help from Virgin Media to resolve matter. Top marks to them.
