I've just set up an additional email account on OE following all the steps provided by NTL. I then created a new identity. However although I can send mail I can't recieve mail with this new account. Thanks.
What happens that you cannot recieve mail? Do you get any errors? Time outs?
Sorry for delay, at work now. Nothing happens. If I send mail to the new account it just doesn't appear.
All I can suggest is that you double check all settings:outgoing smtp serverincoming server - username - passwordthe address to which you are sending mail
Done all that a few times now, cheers anyway. I'll contact NTL.
