I had this problem with my oneandone e-mail.

If you are with freeserve this port is permanently closed.

In Outlook Express go into Tools/Accounts then Properties/Servers.

Change the Outgoing Mail (SMTP) to 'smtp.freeserve.com' without the quotes.

Untick my Server Requires Authentication.

Your e-mail should then be able to send.

IS Lineone your ISP? Or rather Tiscali? If neither, then Outlook will only send mail out using the e-mail addy associated with your ISP. Also, ther eare documented problems with PCCillin and linone outlook mail. What AV / Firewall sofwate are you using and operating system?

click here that your settings are correct.

Okay guys, found the problem!!!! All the accounts had somehow become corrupted? Removed all, then re-entered details. All seems OK now!!!
Thanks for your time and help.
