Outlook Express Blocking

Hi, I've just received an email with an attachment, however OE has blocked it and informed me that it has removed access to the file. How can I check the attachment is safe, and if it is, how can I get OE to allow access?

Assuming that you have an anti-virus program, in OE, Tools/Options, Security tab, take the tick out of "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus".
