Outlook Express Address Book

I have recently changed my ISP from BT to Talktalk. Now instead of using Yahoo webmail I am going to use Outlook Express. I followed instruction from BT on how to save my Yahoo Address/Contacts and it saved them as an Office Excel CSV file.
How do I now import these into Outlook Express.
Thanks for any help, because I cannot work it out.

Thank rawprawn I've tried it that way but it doesn't work. When I follow that route the only import option I get is Address Book > Address Book Files (*.wab), my file is Microsoft Office Excel csv

I don't use Outlook Express (Vista) but there should be a choice of files to import including Excel csv, as a matter of interest if you click on Export does it give th csv option?

In Outlook Express, File > Import > Other Address Book, select the "Text File (Comma Seperated Values)" option, then click Import.

Thanks to both rawprawn & MAJ. Sorry I haven't got back before.
rawprawn: There is no option to import Excel csv.
MAJ: Thanks. After some difficulties, caused by my ignorance in not selecting the required 'fields', following your instructions I have managed at last to import all my Address books.
