outlook express

can anyone help me configure my e-mail account so that my e-mails appear on both my desktop and laptop.
at present they only appear at my inbox on which computer i happen to use when new messages are received.

If you are using Outlook Express go to Tools > Accounts > Select your account > properties > advanced tab and tick the box 'Leave a copy of messages on the server'. Remember to set a time for the mail to be deleted from the server or your server mailbox will become full and you won't receive new mail.

The mail should then be delivered to both computers.
