Outlook express

I am having difficulty in sending email messages,I am permanetly using broadband
and can receive message but not send.
All I get is an error message telling me my server is not allowing me to send messages.
Any help will be appreciated.

Which ISP are you with and have you set up your email account with them correctly?

This may work. Go to OE, Tools, Accounts, Mail Tab, highlight your mail account then Properties, Servers Tab and put a tick in "My server requires authentication". Close and restart OE.

My service provider is "NTL"

DÕ DÕ No problem in sending me an answer direct, I will always try to reply to those that do but its best if we can keep it in the forum so that other members can see what has been tried and then they can offer suggestions as well. :o)
