Outlook contacts into express

We've got some remote users who use IMAP4 to get their email from our exchange server (5.5), but they cannot get the contact details.

I'd like a way to provide the global address list that we have locally, to the remote users.

Does anyone know how this can be done? Can I just export from one and import into the other?

Thanks,
Sam

Just to point out that the remote users are on Outlook Express, not the full Outlook.

That just allows you to export personal contacts, I need to be able to do it for a global address book held on our exchange server.
