Outlook auto copy to a second recipient

A similar but different problem to that posted by Brandy 28/3/07 and response from Woolwell. How can you automatically send a copy of received e-mails to another user? I have just upgraded from Outlook Express to Outlook and need to set up the boss`s e-mail so that any mail received by him is then automatically copied to his secretary. (So that she can act if he is out of the office). This is mail received by him, not mail sent by him. I`ve looked in message rules (advanced toolbar) and can set up a rule to copy a message to another folder but not to another recipient. Anybody got any bright ideas please? Thanks in anticipation.
