I have just had a hard disk renewal and although I had a complete copy of the hard drive on an external drive I have reloaded all programs from scatch and copied data files from the back up. I can open my contacts folder and view all my contacts but I cannot open address book. I have checked the "show this folder as an email address book" in contacts folder properties. When starting a new email and pressing the "to" tab I get the message "The address list could not be displayed. The contacts folder associated with this address book could not be opened it may have been moved or deleted or you do not have permissions..." I wonder what relevance the folders Docsand settings\-\applications data\Microsoft\address book and Docsand settings\-\applications data\Microsoft\Outlook have? Both have fairly recent files on my back up which I have copied across
