Outlook 97 Question

I use Microsoft Outlook 97. What I have to do is send e-mails everyday to someone with different figures on but the main text body is the same (just have to change figures). If I use reply to all with an e-mail I already have sent the margin gets further and further towards the middle.

How can I stop this or is there templates I can make?

Somewhere in Tools > Options you should find the option 'include original message text'. Untick it.

There is no option like that. Besides, as I said I want to keep some of the original text.

If you send the message as plain text the previous text should not be indented click here

create a template in word and just add the new figures

I have Outlook XP (2002) which may be similar to '97.

Click Tools -> Options -> E-mail Options.

The lower section is labelled "On replies and forwards" with a drop-down box under "When replying to a message".

This gives a number of options the one closest to what you seek simply being:- "Include original message in text".

I hope this helps.

You can set up templates in Outlook 2003 and I think it is similar in Outlook 97. This may help
