Outlook 2007 'send/receive'

When I open Outlook it operates ‘send/receive’ to check for emails and sometimes this process is quite slow.

I have noticed that in ‘send/receive’ two email accounts are listed. The default being [email protected] and the second being the the webmail address for Tesco my ISP but does Outlook have to check both addresses for email to send/receive?

"does Outlook have to check both addresses for email to send/receive?"

No, because as Tesco is your ISP, it is simply duplicating effort. Delete the Tesco webmail account

Great - thanks for that.
