Outlook 2003 autocomplete email addresses

How can I remove entries from the Outlook 2003 autocomplete email addresses list.

i.e. as soon as I type an r in the To box, all the email addresses starting with an r appear in a scrollable list, possibly this is only a list of email addresses I have previously used.

I have contacts who have changed email address but their old email addresses still appear in the list, whilst it is an annoyance, it is all too easy to select an out-of-date email address so I wiuld just like to remove the old entries?

Thanks

Found it!

scroll the list and when an old entry is highlighted press the delete key, I was trying to right click and select delete!

Thanks
