optimize start up when booting windows

i am using xp and would like to know what is the essential things i need to keep ticked when in msconfig start up,so my pc will boot qiuckly did have a list from old pc advisor mag but have lost,please help thanks

You can remove most of the items in the Startup section, but I'm not sure what the RUNDLL32.exe does. Obviously you would probably want to leave firewalls and virus checkers on as well, but printer programs etc could be removed.
