Opening web pages

Using IE to open pages on click here.
My browser will search for and find some pages but not others. For those pages it does find and open, the icon in the address bar indicates that it is searching. However for the pages I want to open the icon in the address bar does not indicate that it is searching. Have tried Opera and same happens. Have cleared out cookies, temp internet files and history.
Incidently, I can find what I'm looking for using another computer on a different network, but not from my own. Is there a logical explaination for this. How can I open the pages I want from my computer?

Likely an MTU issue on your PC and/or router (if you are using one); click here

Found the problem. My Steganos Internet Security was blocking part of the site. Having allowed the banner, the page displays.
