How do I do the above when it does not give me the option. This is for my new Dial-up account as NTL are making changes from NTLworld to NTL.Freedom

All it offers is save to disc

Save it to disk - somewhere memorable. When download completes, open the folder and double-click the downloaded file.

When I go to the download for the upgrade it say's That I should open from location, instead of saving to disc. I tried save and double click and could not get back on the net until I restored Image file from CD. It had messed up my Account Dial-up

I managed to work through it. From the saved file on my hard drive it added 4 more Digits to my Dial-up Number. It is now 19 Digits long.

Thank’s for tying to help Woodchip
