How do I open WDB Files in Open Office? They are database files?

Thanks
Rob

They are Microsoft Works database files not MS Office type.

Open Office can't read them. The need to be converted to (maybe dbase iv or csv) files, which can then be read by any database program.

Sorry Rob_25_Wales. What exactly do you mean "enlighten me"?

MS Works is a, sort of, junior Office Suite and Microsoft (in their wisdom) decided that no other program would read/open any files compiled in Works. They did the same thing with MS Publisher.

If you have MS Works you need to open the files and then resave them as a Dbase iv (.dbf) file or as a Comma Delimited (.csv).

If you don't have MS Works and the files you want to open are not personal I would be willing to convert them for you. Just email me via the envelope.
