Open office

I've just installed "Open Office". How can I make this the default programme for opening documents. At the moment it's Office'10.

In Windows Explorer right click the file and hover over Open With then right click on default program.

Also in OO you need to select Tools>Options and expand Load/Save and in the bottom two boxes match text document with Microsoft Word 97/2000 XP and similarly with spreadsheets and presentations.
