Have an external USB drive of 168gb and Win7 only shows it as 32g, what's wrong?
Is this by any chance an old drive in a usb caddy?if it is check the jumper settings
Yes it is, so what do I set the jumpers to?
Well it's 2007 drive.
If you look on the harddrive there should be a diagram where a little jumper cap should be,it needs to be in the master position. But if you are unsure could you post the make /model of your external harddrive? I will find the jumper settings for you.
What a man! Set to master, paragon found it and all is sorted, thank you very much.
