On a web page I use the following code which,on clicking on a small image, takes you to a larger version in a window of a size as defined in the code below. The viewer then closes the small window using theX in the top right corner revealing the original window still open underneath. It works fine in Firefox and Opera. On clicking the small image, IE7 opens the big image in a new full sized window which you can only close and return to the original page using the arrow top left. Why does it work differently from the others and ignore the size constraints?
