Old Harddrive problem

  Demora 12:17 25 Sep 2009

Is there a work round so as I can get some files off my old hdd.

I cloned my old hdd to a new Hitachi one and then got rid of my old pc. Now I can't access the new hdd via a usb/sata connection.

I get the message 'G:\ is not accessable' The files or directory is corrupted and unreadable' When I look in disk management the file system is RAW.

any ideas please.

Testdisc click here
PCInspector click here

either of these should recover files or partitions on a drive

Thanks for the links Fruit Bat. I've had nothing but trouble and I assume something has really shot the drive.

Thanks again.
