I have just discovered that Nero's Wave Editor allows you to open "ogg" files, so you can open them and use the "save as" function and save in mp3 format....

my nero wave editor does not have that function, is there a plugin at all?

Not as I know of... What Version of Nero are you using? I am using v6.3something.... If you are running v5, it may not be compatible...

You may not have changed the "file type" drop-list to "ogg"/all files
