I am an office manager for a recruitment firm. Big brother has decided that we HAVE to use the Outlook Calendar so that they have visibility (able to spy on us?!!) on what we are doing. We haven't been told how to do it but just to get on with it.
Is it possible to set it up so that five individuals calendars automatically update mine so in effect mine is the master calendar. I know how to set it up so that we can share calendars but if we get six people working off one it will become seriously cluttered hence why I want theirs to be as simple as possible. We are not able to add any programs to the network.
