Office 2007 Colour

I have set my ‘Office 2007 to black which I love, however the only program that stays blue is ‘Publisher’.

I imagine that the ‘Publisher’ with ‘2007 Ultimate’ is from some earlier incarnation of ‘Office’. However does anyone know if it's possible to change ‘Publisher’ from 'Insipid Blue'?

With Windows XP if you changed the 'Theme' of Windows it could also affect program appearances when they were opened.

Certainly I can remember with older versions if you changed the overall theme you actually changed the colour of all of the 'windows' that opened and maybe office programs?

You can also do this with Vista BUT I'm not going to try it!
