To access msconfig, / click start / click run / type msconfig into the run box, click OK / click startup and this will show you all the processes that are loaded at startup. To disable any of them take the tick out of the box. If you are unsure which one to do, disable them all and restart them one at a time untill that program restarts then you will know which one to disable. After using msconfig you will have to reboot your computer to effect the changes.
.... and make sure that it's not in your startup folder - if it is then delete it. Have a look in your program folders and see if you have one related to this program - check if there are options not to run the program at startup. The program must exist somewhere if Windows is finding it?
