Nuisance auto dial up

If I'm on the Internet for more than ten minutes then my connection is involuntary terminated and an automatic dial up to a vulgar premium rate site is triggered. I have tried searching everywhere on my pc to try and delete the file that is the cause of it without success. I cannot do any work properly at the moment because of this.
HELP! Where do these people normally hide this extremely intrusive file?

AdAware6 will also nab them (there are also worthwhile plug-ins available - see click here) at click here

If you don't have it, download, configure and update before scanning.
