trying to add a new mailbox on ntl site message on it reads
We are currently in the process of upgrading our email system. You will not be able to add or delete any mailbox during this time. As soon as the upgrade is completed you will be able to add and delete your mailboxes again.
does anyone know when the upgrade will be completed please?

cant find anything about the upgrade on the site at all (could be looking in wrong place knowing me)
