Since Thursday evening I have had problems my email with NTL.
This level of performance from NTL is very poor, I do wonder how they perform compaired to their competitors. Because I am hacked off with not being able to send or receive emails. What if I was a business?
Do they compensate for this poor performance?
When I looked yesterday, their service page description of the problem did not quote an estimated time of completion or why / what the problem was?
While I accept there shall be updates / maintenance surely this should have been fixed?
