seems theres a problen with both this morning.so if your trying to log onto any of them its probable you won`t be able to.

Glad to hear other people are having this problem, thought it was just me!

Had the problen off and on Friday morning, then again in the evening. Today (Saturday) it occured this morning. I then ran Broadband Medic, it could not find any problems, but it ran OK afterwards.

Each occasion I had problems I checked the Service Status......could see no problems displayed!

Thanks for that......just switched my PC and could get the NTL Web Site and Email, 5 minutes later - cannot!

Since Thursday evening I have had problems my email with NTL.

This level of performance from NTL is very poor, I do wonder how they perform compaired to their competitors. Because I am hacked off with not being able to send or receive emails. What if I was a business?

Do they compensate for this poor performance?

When I looked yesterday, their service page description of the problem did not quote an estimated time of completion or why / what the problem was?

While I accept there shall be updates / maintenance surely this should have been fixed?
