Anyone else on NTL having problems accessing their e-mails? My ntl e-mail service has been down for several days now. Their service status web page indicates no problems but this is usually a complete fiction anyway.
... in the end I got through to my account in my browser by clicking on web mail in the services drop down menu on the ntl home page. I then deleted a whole load of spam and now the account works fine in Outlook Express. I had to do this ages ago when I had a Virgin e-mail account - I'd just forgotten that this method works to unjam things sometimes. Some spam seems to freeze the account so that Outlook Express can't access it. .... I'm in Oxfordshire - in answer to your question, by the way. Cheers :-)
