Correct Connect is about as useful as Breasts on an Oak Tree. Ditch it.

Remove it via Control Panel > Add/Remove programs

Just to make it an even number get rid.

trying to remove I get following prompt;
uninstallShield has detected that 'C:\ProgrammeFiles\CConnect\CConnect.exe is in use. please close this file & re launch UninstallShield again.
I can't see where or why, any ideas?

Go to start and click on run.

Type: msconfig in the box and click OK

Click on the startup tab, and look for CConnect.exe

If it's there, remove the tick, and then remove Coorect Connect in the normal way via Control panel.

have added that you'll need to restart your computer after removing Correct Connect from the startup directory. Otherwise you still won't be able to uninstall it.

I use NTL B/B and I have Correct Connect, If I get rid of it what do I put in its place.
My PC is a laptop so each time I shut my PC down then it goes back in its case.

So if I get rid of CC what do I use to connect to NTL each time, I sign on.
