Hi

I've had a short go of it and very quickly uninstalled it, a total piece of garbage !!!

Just.

Do not think its Garbage, useful in some areas, much better than correctconnect.

an added bonus is that you have a chat utility to chat to technical support which will save a lot of customers phoning technical support for basic teching or information, has its place for the novice

repeat, give a try

yes i do agree that the link to tech support is a good thing to get remote assistance for those that need it.

maybe just being over cautious.once bitten and all that.

Hi. I was a Beta tester for this prog. Overall I found that it may be of little use for the experienced pc'er it would be very useful to others.

Its still installed on my pc and I do occasionaly use it.

Also, it makes setting up new/additional e-mail addresses very easy.

BTW - NOTHING like CorrectConnect!

Thanks all that have replied. Will ponder a little on this one.

Prehaps a restore point then give it a go?
