Novatech or Dell

I've been thinking over the last 3 - 4 months of buying a new PC. My son tells me the best is Dell and that that's the only one for him. A Computer Engineer that I know tells me to buy Novatech.
Dell we all know but don't know much about Novatech. To put it Blunt are they any good ?

I've had dealings with novatech, 3 pcs and 2 laptops for friends and workmates in the last 2 yrs never a problem.

Prior to that 2 mobo bundles nothing but good experience for me

just be aware that their headline prices frequently do not include an operating system or monitor.

I've only heard good reports about Novatech.

I have 2 desktops from Novatech, one running XP Pro and the other Vista (soon to be 7), no problems with either. Novatech's service has been first class especially if, like me, you live near to one of their retail stores in Portsmouth, Reading, Bristol and Cardiff.
