Not a valid Win32 application

I have tried to install United Devices Cancer Reaserch program on a new machine but get the message ud_agent_setup.exe is not a valid Win32 application.

This seems somewhat strange as I am currently running the program on another machine (both running XP).

The program is designed to run under XP, anyone have a suggestion please?

agree with VoG . I got the same message with a microsoft service pack download that hadnt fully downloaded (file was smaller than it should have been), downloaded again and was fine.
