How much RAM do you have, how much spare hard drive space and how much total hard drive space?

Try running in safe mode or close down all apps running in the background and screensaver any open progs etc

I have 512 ram, 40gb total hard drive and 4gb free.
I have tried safemode with the same message

Try Diskeeper Lite click here to defrag.

The problem is that you do not have enough hard drive space free----Windows defragmenter needs 12% free. Try running the disc cleanup utility to free up some more space.

I think your best bet is to get another 40G (or larger) drive to keep your saved files on, and just have your Windows and programs on your primary drive. You'll find youR computer runs much more smoothly then as well.
