Please could someone help I have Noton 360 which is ending and I was told I should look to useing a free AVG security and if so would this need to be backed up with anything else to give me cover.

Just how good is AVG?

AVG is fine, simple to install, use and understand. I have used the free version for 2 years with no problems on a desktop PC . I back it up with Ad Aware and Spybot All of these are found easily on the web
