norton ghost/ win restore

with ghost 10 should i have system resore (in windows> control panel> system restore active or disabled, thanks adam

Both True Image & Ghost, as far as I am aware, suggest that you don't need System Restore as their product achieves the same result and you can save a lot of disk space by not having to save the System Restore points.

Neither however suggest that it needs to be disabled and it won't affect the operation of their software.

i was a little confused as im sure the last ime i used it, it disabled it automatically, i have now turned it off manually, thanks again, adam
