What do fellow users think is best?
Currently using 2002 version.(Got it really cheap just before 2003 came out.)
Upgrade via download to 2004 version?
Buy new yr of subscription of virus definition protection?
Start afresh by buying 2004 CD?

Why buy, when you can get AVG anti virus for free. I bought Norton Systemworks 2003 but found it wasn't very good, plus, of course it is on a yearly subscription. Uninstalled it and re-installed AVG. Go to click here and download the free version.

Because AVG let a virus through into my pc, thats why.

I just bought Norton AV 2004 via the web seems great, Norton AV has never let me down I have used it for many years.

I use Systemworks 2002 and I find nothing wrong with it. From what I have seem and heard 2003/2004 is not such a big deal as far as improvements are concerned. Stick with 2002, it does its job and that is all you need.

I agree with Steinman. I had AVG and it let a virus through as well.
