Rusbyfan you had a problem that I have. Do you know how you solved it as I have most of the downloads. The problem was Norton AV turned off and not being able to turn it on at the moment I am running AVG which says I have no problems, m/soft says I don't and spybot says I have 14 problems.

Allow spybot 2 get rid of any problems its detecting as these could b causing the problem. Also running more than 1 AV program isn't a good idea as they can conflict each other this is also what could b causing the problem.

I'll give this a try and I only have one av going as I uninstalled Norton, I see rusbyfan is back again. Thanks
