I recently renewed my subs to Norton Anitivirus for my PC over the internet and downloaded the relevant files. Can I use the same files on my laptop?

Have you paid for two licenses?

Does the license allow you to install to a desktop and a laptop with only one license?

If you have bought NAV2004 i believe this now comes with "Product Activation" so you'll soon know if you can't....

If you brought the Professional edition you'll be ok. Otherwise you'll have to buy another copy.

Check the license first. MS allow Office to be installed on two machines as long as one is a desktop and the other a laptop. (i also THINK you can't use both at the same time and the PC and laptop must be used by the license owner - ie can't install on a mates laptop)

So check the NAV license - maybe you can.
