I have installed Norton 360 on two computers at home and I can't connect to the LiveUpdtes. Nortons give a message that there is no internet connection, but I am connected to the internet and can send and receive e-mails.
I am using a Belkin ADSL2 Wireless G Router. Could there be a firewall in the router that is preventing Nortons? If so, how do I correct this??
