I bought a set of 2.1 Packard Bell FPS100 speaker from Currys for £29.99 (also sell at Dixons), they look nice. But it seems the noise on the bass speaker is bad even with no input. Is this normal? Or I got a faulty set? I understand that some noise is normally because AC noise, but the noise I got is bad. Anyone used this particular speaker set?

but make sure your audio Drivers and volume settings are correct. I found a review at click here
They seem to be ok so judging that you may have a fautly set.

After I make the PC quiet, noise on other components are more noticeable.
