Has anyone with Win XP Home ever had a error messege come up on every boot into Win XP.

A Dialogue box comes up and has "GS4" as the title, & the text says "No String table found"

Is this a memory problem ?. MS site has no answers in K/base.

Try reinstalling Acrobat.... if not and you have MS Office try repairing it.

Ghost-in-U, I think this is a problem with some software you have installed. Searching the web I have found there is a freeware utility called GSview, part of GStools. Do you have something like this installed, or do you have something else that could have a similar title?

He puts a lot of games on and isn't very good when comes to file management he has in past removed all shared files causing major probs.
I think the Adobe or MS Software works suite/office main problem here.

Thanks for the tip and will come back later with info/result.

Thank you again "Ghost"
